Any visit to Haines, Alaska would not be complete without a stop at John and Sharon Svenson’s Extreme Dream’s art gallery. You never know what might happen upon entering their property, but a trip there usually involves cobras in viles of vodka, slacklines, and the ashes of Grandma imbedded in a glass bead… The Svenson’s are incredibly talented artists in a wide variety of mediums.
One of John’s paintings made the cover of Alpinist 36 last month. A fantastic tribute to a remarkable artist and climber.
