Redoubt Bay Lodge, located at the entrance to Lake Clark Pass offers the only accommodations within a 171,000 acre critical habitat area, and is the only 5-acre privately owned property in the region! This small, rustic lodge sits on a small knoll overlooking Big River Lakes, a chain of lakes whose waters lead to the Big River and on to Cook Inlet. Redoubt Bay Lodge is located 50 minutes southwest of Anchorage. The flight via float plane offers spectacular scenic views of the Cook Inlet and the western edge of the Kenai Peninsula.
At Redoubt Bay Lodge, the emphasis is on viewing wildlife and exploring the lakes surrounding the lodge within the natural setting of the spectacular Chigmit Mountains. Staff chefs prepare all meals at the lodge. Three small lakeside guest cabins, a cozy hand-hewn log main lodge, and world-class staff and service make the stay at Redoubt Bay Lodge a memorable addition to your Alaskan adventure.
