Fall on the Fly

Fall is in full effect in Alaska. Termination dust is creeping down the mountains and the turning leaves of cottonwoods and birch are setting the valley floors ablaze. After one of the wettest summers on record in Southeast Alaska, September and October are following suit, delivering record rainfalls and blowing out the local rivers. We’ve been fortunate to pick up a few Fall Silver Salmon in the brief pauses in the deluge.

We’re excited about our new website launching in a few weeks offering many options for Alaskan fly-out fly fishing lodges, river fly fishing lodges and remote fly fishing float trips. We look forward to continuing to share the best of Alaska with you!
